I recently made a deck that abuses cards like Magical Merchant, Skreech, and Salvage, but it's kinda rough. I would appreciate it if you fixed it up for me (By the way, I'm a budget player, so no synchros). Thanks.

Deck Strategy and Win Condition
This deck is basically WATER MPT. The deck uses Magical Merchant to send monsters to the Graveyard and to fetch Spells and Traps. Milling Insects enables this person to summon Doom Dozer. The win condition is with either Doom Dozer or just small beats. Let's buff it up a bit.
Monster Line-Up
The monster structure already looks decent for a budget deck. There are a couple of kinks, however.
[-]2 Flying Kamakiri #1: Flying Kamakiri #1 is an Insect, is WIND, and searches WIND monsters to the field. This is not much of a valid option as Flying Kamakiri #1 is the ONLY WIND monster in your deck. We'll be taking these out.
[-]2 Yomi Ship: Decent, but I don't like this too much. There are so many ways around this card. Don't rely on it. Also, you have plenty of other field controls. You have Snowman Eater, Penguin Soldier, and Codarus.
[-]1 Amphibious Bugroth MK-3: Yes, I am aware of the fact that this card can Direct Attack for 1700 while Legendary Ocean is on the field. Honestly, I don't like this card. There are better options.
[+]2 Gokipon: This is to replace Flying Kamakiri #1. When Gokipon is punched in the face, you can add an Insect-type monster with 1500 or less ATK from your deck to your hand. That means you can add a Magical Merchant or a Howling Insect to your hand. Yes, it itself is an insect.
[+]2 Spined Gillman: Salvageable, Mother Grizzly targettable, decent beatstick, boosts the ATKs of your monsters. These help.
I would include Sangan, but it wouldn't function other than to search for Magical Merchant.
Fenrir would be decent in here. Add it if you want. The highest it can reach is 1600 ATK in this deck, but if you do manage to pull it off, you can annoy your opponent to no end. This is optional.
If you're willing to spend $14 (which you probably aren't), get a Tragoedia. This deck has mad hand advantage.

Also only a couple of problems here.
[-]1 Terraforming: Terraforming is not good. You only have 2 A Legendary Oceans. A third could replace this. Terraforming may end up often as a dead draw. Don't use this.
[-]1 Moray of Greed: This is decent for clearing a bad hand, but there are better options. Plus 1 isn't too consistent.
[+]A Legendary Ocean: 3 Fields is better than 2 Fields and a Terraforming.

A bit lacking here, are we? That could be a good thing, however. You could do either of the following:
[+]2 Spiritual Water Art - Aoi: You have plenty of WATER monsters and you have quite some hand advantage. It wouldn't hurt to take a peek at your opponent's hand and dump key cards/ruin combos.
OR
[+]2 Royal Decree: This is kind of off budget since these actually cost a bit. Due to the lack of Trap cards, however, this may prove useful.
