Tele-DAD can somewhat be made using the card Reinforce Truth.

Reinforce Truth
Normal Trap
Special Summon 1 Level 2 or lower Warrior-Type monster from your Deck. You cannot conduct your Battle Phase the turn you activate this card.

Activate it during the End Phase, pulling Jutte Fighter. Switch up a position, make an 8, proceed to beat face. Too bad Jutte Fighter's an EARTH. The other choice, Torapart, is DARK, but can only make Colossal.

Well, I suppose that's good n all, but what if you draw the monster. It's somewhat of a toned down E-Teleport, I suppose.
